The place was fairly clean and enchanting, had competent and hospitable staff on reception desk. The venue was set in the central position short walk to the centre of the town as well as the center of the old part. I liked spending time here.

The check-in was easy and parking was conveniently close to the hotel. the room was luxurious, well-equipped, with double beds, and even included a cake and wine. Excellent location in downtown, near the main pedestrian road with restaurants and the city center.

Nice, clean, and quiet hotel in Ruse city centre. Big rooms, good shower, relaxing atmosphere. Packed breakfast provided for early departures. Highly recommended!

It is not a rampe for whellchair at the door of hotel ( and it is with facillities for dissabilities). In rest, it is the best.

Very well situated, spacious, recently furbished rooms, excellent business facilities in the suite, very efficient air-conditioning. Altogether a very comfortable hotel.
